The Leka Studio WPC Fence Collection is a complete, factory-engineered fencing system crafted from high-density wood-plastic composite. Each board combines 60% recycled wood fibre with 40% polymer binder, producing the warmth and texture of natural timber without the rot, termites, or annual upkeep.

Material Science

Built for longevity

Core — Wood-Plastic Composite

Approximately 60% recycled hardwood fibre bonded with 40% food-grade HDPE polymer and UV-stabilising additives. Hollow-section extrusion gives an efficient strength-to-weight ratio and clean cut edges.

Shield — ASA Surface (Premium)

A thin, high-density ASA (acrylic-styrene-acrylonitrile) skin co-extruded onto all exposed faces. Seals the core, locks in pigment, and resists abrasion, staining, and long-term weathering.

Fire Performance

Both series carry a B1 self-extinguishing classification — suitable for boundary fencing in most residential and commercial contexts. Documentation available on request.

Environmental

Every linear metre diverts approximately 3 kg of wood waste and 2 kg of plastic from landfill. Fully recyclable at end of service life — no pressure treatment, no toxic leachate.

Set Posts

Anchor 80 × 80 mm aluminium posts to a concrete pad, cast-in footing, or pedestal with anchor bolts.

Fix Lower Rail

Attach the lower aluminium cover strip between posts, levelling against the finished ground line.

Slide Boards

Drop WPC boards into the post channel using the clip system — no face-fixing, no visible screws on the board face.

Cap & Close

Install the upper aluminium clamp strip and decorative post caps. Bay is complete and load-ready.

The Leka WPC Fence Collection is distributed by Leka Studio Co., Ltd. and carries a manufacturer-issued limited warranty. Warranty terms summarised below are indicative — the full written warranty document prevails and is delivered with every project.

Premium Co-Extrusion

Structural integrity of the WPC core — board failure, delamination, and load performance — under normal residential, hospitality or commercial use. Includes a concurrent 10-year surface warranty against shield wear.

15^{yr structural}

Classic WPC

Structural integrity of the WPC core under normal use. Includes a concurrent 5-year surface warranty against the exposed wood-grain finish.

Colour retention

Fade is measured, not assumed

Outdoor composite boards will shift in tone over time — particularly in the first 90 days of UV exposure, when surface pigment stabilises. Our warranty is written against a measurable industry standard (ΔE colour difference, ISO 4892-2 accelerated weathering) rather than against any subjective expectation of "no change":

Premium Co-Extrusion — colour shift shall not exceed ΔE ≤ 5 over 10 years of normal outdoor exposure.
Classic WPC — colour shift shall not exceed ΔE ≤ 8 over 5 years of normal outdoor exposure.

ΔE < 5 is considered a visually acceptable change for outdoor building products. Uneven fade limited to areas in permanent shade, standing water, or partial UV exposure is not a warrantable defect.

What is excluded

Claim conditions

Warranty is void or reduced where boards have been:

Installed by a non-certified team or in deviation from the Leka installation manual.
Painted, stained, sealed, waxed, sanded, or modified after installation.
Exposed to standing water, continuous submersion, sea-water spray, or pool-chemical splashback.
Damaged by impact, fire, vandalism, vehicle contact, animals, or construction-site mishandling.
Installed within 600 mm of a heat source above 75 °C (barbecues, exhaust, machinery).
Cleaned with solvent, chlorine bleach, acid cleaners, or pressure-washed above 1500 psi at close range.
Used as structural or load-bearing elements beyond published limits.

Minor colour or grain variation between production batches is a characteristic of extruded wood-composite products and is not a warrantable defect. Samples should be confirmed against the production lot before acceptance.

Claim process

Written, within 60 days of defect

Claims must be submitted in writing to warranty@leka.studio within 60 days of the defect becoming apparent, with the original project reference, photographs, installation date and installer identity. Leka will inspect on-site if required and forward validated claims to the manufacturer for adjudication. Remedy is limited, at the manufacturer's discretion, to board replacement or material credit — the warranty does not cover labour, site access, removal or reinstallation, or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
